On Monday the P7s enjoyed games, the maze and the park at Tannaghmore Gardens before walking to Rushmore for a McDonalds lunch and ice cream. Tuesday they watched a film at the cinema before walking to Kernan Playing Fields for games. Excitement is building as the P7s prepare to go to Greenhill YMCA from Wednesday to Friday of this week. We hope you all have a great time away!
A big ‘well done’ to our girls’ football team who played in a tournament today at King’s Park PS. The girls scored some great goals and defended well as a team. They managed to get to the semi-finals and then the plate was shared between them and another school. A great afternoon out, thanks to Mrs Oliver and Mrs Stewart for bringing the girls and for their coaching.

Congratulations to our Eco School's Committee and Mrs Craig who were awarded their fifth Eco Schools Green Flag in recognition of their continued amazing efforts. Special congratulations to Mrs Craig who was also awarded the 'Eco School Teacher of the Year' 2025- testament to her hard work and dedication to promoting this important work in our school. Well done Mrs Craig!
Fourteen rugby players travelled to Kingspan today to play against sides from Lisburn, Coleraine and Dundonald. Everyone played very well and they even got to meet some Ulster players. The Spar sponsored the festival giving each player a goodie bag at the end. Thanks to Alistair Toal for coming along and helping us on the day. Well done to all of the players, they played some great rugby on a very warm and sunny day! Check out the video of the team running out from the tunnel just like Ulster do! It’s in the video resource centre.
