Today our School Council members gave out our Journey to Santa prize bags. Our aim was to to try to travel 2500 miles in the last 3 weeks, which is the distance to the North Pole. We were delighted that in fact we managed to achieve a total of 2634 miles!
After all the journey cards were collected, those pupils with the most journeys were put into a prize draw to win a goodie bag. There were so many pupils who had managed to make active journeys to or from school every day over the 3 weeks, which was very impressive indeed!
Well done to the 2 winners from each class and to everyone who earned their house lots of points for their Active Travel efforts.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
