Well done to our competition winner Evie Thompson!
Over 600 entries from 31 schools across the ABC Borough were submitted to the competition, which was organised by the local branch of Road Safe NI with support from the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Police and Community Safety Partnership and sponsored by Rushmere Shopping Centre.
Judges voted for the best 12 entries to be included in the calendar which covered key road safety themes; the importance of ‘Stop, Look and Listen’ and being visible when walking, wearing a seatbelt when in the car and encouraging drivers never to use a mobile phone.
We are delighted to have our school represented in this calendar and as a special thank you all Year 5 pupils will receive a copy of the calendar.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
